Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW 107292) based in California, U.S.

You might consider therapy with me if…

  • You have spent much of your life prioritizing others’ needs and are now ready to reconnect with your own voice, needs, and values

  • You appear “high-functioning” and capable on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted on the inside.

  • You carry family or cultural expectations that feel heavy or unspoken.

  • You find it difficult to slow down and often feel pressured to constantly achieve, perform, or “do it all.”

  • You want therapy that acknowledges culture, immigration, and intergenerational history.

  • You’re ready to strengthen connections and relationships while staying rooted in self-trust rather than guilt or self-abandonment.

Individual Therapy

I help immigrants, first-gen, and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) adults process childhood, immigration, and intergenerational trauma. Together, we work to calm your nervous system and reclaim your voice, so you can reconnect with who you are and feel more at home in yourself, your family, and your community.

Many of the people I work with look like they're doing fine. You're capable, responsible, and the one others lean on. But on the inside, you may be carrying chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, or trauma you've never had the space to process.

Therapy with me is an intentional space to slow down, listen inward, and explore the beliefs, expectations, and survival patterns that shape how you navigate life. We’ll explore your inner world with care and curiosity, creating room to express needs, emotions, and boundaries without guilt or self-abandonment.

You don’t have to carry everything alone. If you’re ready to explore your inner self, nurture your emotional well-being, and live in alignment with who you truly are, I’m here to walk alongside you in a supportive space.

Treatment Approaches

My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, honoring the many layers of your identity, lived experiences, and cultural context. Together, we co-create a treatment path that is tailored to you, one that supports healing while honoring your pace, values, and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT (foundational and adolescent), ACT, mindfulness, psychodynamic and somatic approaches, and motivational interviewing, thoughtfully woven together to meet your unique needs.

I also believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful part of the healing process. My clinical work is deeply informed by my lived experience navigating trauma and healing, allowing me to show up with curiosity, authenticity, humility, and care. I strive to offer a space marked by genuineness, presence, non-judgment, and compassion.
