VOice Psychotherapy
“Reclaim your voice today.”
Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW 107292) based in California, U.S.
You might consider therapy with me if…
You have spent much of your life prioritizing others’ needs and are now ready to reconnect with your own voice, needs, and values
You appear “high-functioning” and capable on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted on the inside.
You carry family or cultural expectations that feel heavy or unspoken.
You find it difficult to slow down and often feel pressured to constantly achieve, perform, or “do it all.”
You want therapy that acknowledges culture, immigration, and intergenerational history.
You’re ready to strengthen connections and relationships while staying rooted in self-trust rather than guilt or self-abandonment.
Individual Therapy
I help BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) adults heal childhood, immigration, and intergenerational trauma by regulating the nervous system and reclaiming their voice—restoring identity, agency, and connection to self, family, and community. Many of the adults I work with are high-functioning, deeply responsible, and outwardly “doing fine,” yet internally carrying chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, or unresolved trauma.
Therapy with me is an intentional space to slow down, listen inward, and explore the beliefs, expectations, and survival patterns that shape how you have been navigating life. We’ll explore your inner world with care and curiosity, creating room to express needs, emotions, and boundaries without guilt or self-abandonment.
You don’t have to carry everything alone. If you’re ready to explore your inner self, nurture your emotional well-being, and live in alignment with who you truly are, I’m here to walk alongside you in a supportive space.

Treatment Approaches
My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, honoring the many layers of your identity, lived experiences, and cultural context. Together, we co-create a treatment path that is tailored to you—one that supports healing while honoring your pace, values, and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT (foundational and adolescent), ACT, mindfulness, prolonged exposure, somatic approaches, and motivational interviewing, thoughtfully woven to meet your unique needs.
I also believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful part of the healing process. My clinical work is deeply informed by my lived experience navigating trauma and healing, allowing me to show up with authenticity, humility, and care. I strive to offer a space marked by genuineness, presence, non-judgment, and compassion.
